Each Thistle meal is one serving for the average adult. You can view the nutritional information for each meal by clicking on the photo of it - see examples on our menu page here. You can always have multiple subscriptions in your account to feed other members of the household! Our ramekins/containers for dressings/garnishes are (one) 1 serving.
Our physical packaging also has a nutrition label, and the Thistle app shows the nutrition information as well, though it does not include the dressing or garnish nutrition facts - so head to our menu page for this until we get it up on the app.
We do not have children-friendly portions at this time.
More specifically, vegetable servings per meal will vary depending on the meal, however, generally greens in our salads are typically 2.5-3 oz (~2 cups) and in combination with the other components ~3 cups per lunch is fair. Our dinners are probably ~2-2.5 cups since they have half the base greens. This will be the same for meat & vegan meals. Sometimes our protein requirement is met with the base meal allowing for a fun roasted vegetable medley for the vegan protein add-on instead of beans / tofu / etc which would increase that amount by 2 oz (~1/3 cup). We record all of our recipes in weight so volume amounts would be an estimate. Please note that ingredients in some of our meals may settle in transit so containers may not appear completely full but they should be consistent in weight!
For our omnivore/meat-protein dishes, we add 2-3 ounces of meat to the lunches and dinners.
