How and when does billing occur?

Active Thistle subscriptions are billed weekly starting at 11:59pm PST each Thursday night (and runs for a couple hours into Friday).

During Thursday night billing, your payment information will be charged the invoice amount for any Sun/Mon and/or Wed/Thu deliveries you have scheduled for the upcoming week.

For example, deliveries scheduled for Monday, September 13 and Thursday, September 16 were billed during the night of Thursday, September 9.

Please note: Delivery items are finalized during the billing process. If you wish to change or skip any deliveries, please be sure to save those changes on your upcoming deliveries page before Thursday night at 11:59pm PST.

If you add a single delivery after billing to the upcoming week, our system will charge you right when you add that delivery.
