We are sorry to see you go! If you wish to cancel, be sure to do so before 11:59 pm PST on Thursday to avoid a charge for the following week. Note: If you fully cancel your account (and all subscriptions within one account if you have multiple), any outstanding Thistle credits will be forfeited.
Please follow all prompts that appear until a yellow banner confirms your subscription (and the following Monday date it takes effect) is cancelled at the top of your Meal Plan page.
Click on "Account" in the top right corner of any Thistle page. Click "Meal Plan" on the left-hand side.
Click "Cancel Plan" at the bottom of your meal plan summary and follow the pages to confirm that the plan is all the way cancelled. If you do not see that button, then scroll down and click "Pause or stop deliveries" at the bottom of the meal plan summary. On the next page, scroll to the bottom of the Pause Calendar and click the hyperlinked 'cancel your subscription' in the text below the calendar dates. Proceed to follow the confirmation pages/steps. Note that you must confirm the last step of the cancellation process to ensure your subscription is no longer active.

After checking off a cancellation reason on the next page, click 'Continue to Cancel Subscription' like you can see below:
Finally, click 'Confirm to Cancel Subscription' (the MIDDLE button) on the next page:
A pop-up window (like you see below) may show you when your last scheduled delivery will be (already paid) before you confirm one last time your cancellation:
If you have any unused Thistle account credits, this pop-up window will also appear, too, informing you that you'll lose those credits if you proceed with cancelling. If you decide to fully cancel, click 'Confirm to Cancel', circled below:
The following page is your Meal Plan page that confirms the plan is fully cancelled:
