Please note these parameters for pausing:
- You'll need to pause by 11:59pm PST the Thursday prior to the week you want the pause to take effect.
- Please note that you can only pause for up to 8 weeks in advance at a time. If you need to pause for more than an 8-week period, you'll need to log back into your account and extend the pause before it automatically resumes (and the button will say 'Edit Pause' in that event).

If you want a reminder for when your account resumes, please text "MENU" to 1 (855) 525-0580 and you'll be enrolled in text updates on Thursdays before billing as a reminder to edit deliveries.
In the header of the Thistle page, click "Account" like you see here:
Then click "Meal Plan" on the left-hand side:
At the bottom of your meal plan summary, click 'Pause Plan':
If you don't see the Pause Plan button at the bottom of this meal plan summary, click "Pause or stop deliveries" in red like you see below:
This brings you to the Pause Calendar. Click on the weeks you want paused so that they are OUTLINED IN RED and have a white background, and then press Update at the bottom.
Other things to note:
- Weeks do not need to be consecutive if you don't need them to be.
- If you want to pause all 8 weeks, please click on each week so they are all outlined.
- Any week listed in the calendar that is not outlined will be an active one, so you will get deliveries in that week.
Once the pause calendar has been updated, a blue banner will confirm the weeks you paused successfully at the top!
You are not charged for the weeks successfully paused.
