How do I update my credit card?

Here's how to update your credit card information. Please note: customers can currently only update payment information on a desktop browser, this function is not yet available in our Thistle mobile app.

1. Head to your Account page here (you must be logged in)

1. Click on "Payment Details" (below is just an example)

3) Click on "Edit" or "Add Card" (it actually doesn't matter which).

4) Fill out your new or updated credit card information and click "Add Card" to save the changes! Please make your changes before the next billing cycle which is always 11:59pm PST Thursdays. If it's after Thursday, please reach out to thistle.co/contact so our team can assist you further!
