Sometimes, the day gets away from us and we miss the cutoff to skip a delivery or edit an upcoming delivery. If that's the case and you missed our Thursday 11:59pm PST deadline to make a change, please contact our Support team at thistle.co/contact by 5pm PST Friday (for Sunday/Monday deliveries) or 5pm PST Monday (for Wednesday/Thursday deliveries) with your specific request and we will do our best to take care of it on our end in time!
Please note that a late-cancelled delivery (meaning post Thursday deadline) delivery may still appear on your Upcoming Deliveries page, even though the logistics team has removed it from our delivery logs.
