How can I redeem a gift card?

New customers:

You can redeem your gift card when you are signing up! 

Once you get to the final page where you enter your payment information, click the link "Add a gift card, coupon, or referral code". Enter your gift card code and apply!

Existing customers:

1. Head to your Account page
2. Under "Account Credits" click "Redeem a gift card"
3. Enter your gift code and redeem

Gift card credit does not expire. It will automatically apply to your plan charges and once the value of your gift card has all been used, your card on file will apply to your charges. 

Gift cards are non-refundable (except as required by law). Promo codes cannot be combined with gift cards.
