Does someone need to be present to receive the delivery? Or will you drop at the front door, if necessary?

You do not need to be present to receive the delivery if it is safe to leave it unattended (be sure to provide delivery instructions). In your delivery address settings which you can access from your Account page, you can select "leave unattended" so it's outlined in the beet color - by not selecting this, that means that the driver will hand off the delivery to you, and will fail the delivery if you're not home to accept the order. You can also select "don't ring doorbell" if you do not want to be interrupted or are up that early, for example. In your settings you can also opt in or out of receiving text message alerts about your deliveries.
