Meals & Snacks
What little sugars we use in our meals or snacks come primarily from dates, fruits, or our housemade juices. Occasionally we may add a pinch (i.e. <½ teaspoon) of maple syrup or other natural sweetener to a salad dressing or sauce (these are always served on the side). Some breakfasts and snacks may also contain a pinch of maple syrup or another unrefined sugar as well. You will also see our added sugar listed on our nutrition label if that is something you are trying to track!
Our juices are only sweetened by the fruits and veggies that comprise them!
