Thistle creates meals that are supportive of plant-forward, nutrient dense diets; our meals are > 90% plants, making them good fits for high fiber and micronutrient-rich eating preferences. While we don't classify our cuisine using standard diet labels, our meals tend to align with vegan, egg free and dairy free diet preferences, and our meals are prepared without gluten ingredients. We are unable to cater to keto, paleo, low-carb, or low-sodium diets at this time. While Thistle isn't specifically crafted with weight loss in mind, some customers find this occurs naturally due to the meal's ingredient composition.
Our meals are primarily plant-based, and the fruits and vegetables we serve are packed with nutrients, phytochemicals & antioxidants sourced seasonally from local farms to ensure only the freshest, most nutrient-dense ingredients make it to your plate. We love healthy fats (from sources like avocados, nuts & seeds) and small portions of protein-rich, nutrient-dense grains (e.g. quinoa, amaranth) to help keep you satiated, energized, and glowing throughout the day.
