If you are just signing up:
After you enter your email and zip code, you will be asked to set your meal plan and protein preferences. On the following page, you can add allergies based on what we have listed when you select 'Yes' - see below:
If you are already an active customer:
1. Head to your "Meal Plan" page and click on "Edit" to the right side of "Allergies" like you see below:
2. A pop-up window will appear and you can click on the allergies listed that apply to you. We cannot accommodate allergies that are not listed there. One way to work around this is to customize your upcoming deliveries each week - see how to do this here.
3. Once you add your allergies, be sure to click "Save" in red. Please update this in your Meal Plan page by Thursday 11:59pm PST prior to the week you want this change to take effect.
