Yes, in select shipping regions you can change your delivery day. All shipments are delivered on Monday or Thursday, dependent on zip code. If your zip code offers multiple delivery days, you can change your delivery day or add a new delivery day.
To change your delivery day, head to your Meal Plan page and click 'Change Plan' on the right-hand side of 'Meal Deliveries.' If you see 'Monday' and 'Thursday' as options on the top of the following page, your zip code has multiple delivery days. Choose the day you'd like to receive your shipment, and then save your changes (allow the page to reload). Any changes must be made before 11:59 PM Pacific on Thursday prior to the upcoming week.
Toggle over to the other shipment date, and select any plan (it doesn't have to be the same if you want to try another plan!). Allow the page to reload.
As you can see below, the plan schedule says 'Thu' under the Delivery Schedule:
